Horseshoe Council Bluffs History
Formerly the Bluffs Run casino, Horseshoe Council Bluffs is one of the largest casinos in all of Iowa. The 'Shoe reopened in 2006 after an $86 million dollar upgrade from parent company Harrah's Entertainment. This place is pretty spiffy.
